We are a family-owned and run land-leasing company, founded in 1933 by Clarence Gagne as a construction and landscaping business, and which took its current form in 1965 with the establishment of what is now known as The Mall at Whitney Field shopping area in Leominster, Massachusetts.

The Mall at Whitney Field features 125+ acres of commercially zoned shopping district with several available out parcels located around the mall.
